Sweet pies are easy to think of: cherry, peach, apple, pumpkin, pecan, key lime, lemon meringue (maybe, since I’ve never actually made meringue,) rhubarb, blueberry, blackberry, sweet potato, mincemeat.
But savory: chicken pot pies, shepherd’s pie….?
Keep in mind we’ll probably be making these as mini-pies (those suckers are adorable, let me tell you.)
By the way, if you’re local, I’m thinking about offering reward pies as donation incentives. What do you guys think?
